Contract Duration: Immediate - August 2026

Salary: $2,300

Working Hours: 42 hours per week

Shift work: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 12:30 PM – 10:00 PM

4 weekdays and 1 weekend per week

• Operate customer service counters and attend to public/resident enquiries
• Process transactions and handle relevant documentation at the counter
• Assist in event coordination and execution when required
• Carry out additional administrative duties as assigned by supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter area, ensuring high service standards are upheld

• Proficient in basic computer skills, particularly MS Office
• Good communication skills, knowledge of additional official languages is a plus
