Duration: 3 months extendable Location: Raffles Place Time: Mon-Fri, Office hours Salary: $15/hour Job scope: Support the counter and concierge duties Extract daily/weekly/monthly CRM Performance Reports Handle all enquiries at counter (Membership enquiries, UTAP, Gift Claim, Hardship grant application etc) including creating of CRM cases and update daily appointment list. Assist all frontline customer service transactions including membership sign up, submission of assistance programmes, card replacement etc. Other Ad hoc duties as assigned (e.g data entry, appointment confirmation via outbound call)
