Job Description

:
  • To supervise the Contract Account Unit (CAU) of Accounts and Supplies Division
  • To process/review contract payments, accounting journals, allocation warrants and other financial and accounting matters
  • To ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and saf4 custody of contract documents
  • To review and ensure the supplies records are properly updated and monthly expenditure reports are timely prepared
  • To handle enquiries from project offices and administrative duties as necessary
  • To conduct fee reviews
  • To undertake any other duties as assigned

    • Job Requirement:
  • Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, or equivalent
  • Level 4 or above in English Language and Chinese Language of HKDSEE, or equivalent
  • With at least 5 years full-time working expereinces is a must
  • Proficiency in the application of common business softwares as well as Ch...
