Job Description
Job Description Perform administrative duties such as data entry and filing. Maintain and update customer account data on Salesforce. Generate reports from Salesforce. Ensure service excellence delivery to both internal and external customers and partners. Assist with customer enquiries, quotations, order processing and fulfilment. Work closely with team members to ensure accuracy of records and proper record keeping. Other administrative ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements Students on holiday or waiting for school term to start are welcome Fast learner in computer systems Proficient in the use of MS Office applications is a must, ERP/CRM system is an advantage Able to multitask, organized and have a positive attitude Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast pace environment with minimum supervision Able to commence work immediately Commitment level: 3 days per week Working hours: 8:30am - 6pm
