Salary: $11/ hr
Duration: Till March 2027

• Generate & filter appointment reports (Epic system)
• Retrieve archived patient records (EnCDA)
• Upload medical records & lab results into system
• Ensure documents are accurate, complete & properly indexed
• Maintain proper filing, confidentiality & record handling
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

• Min. A level/ Nitec/ Diploma in any field
• Fully vaccinated (Tdap, MMR, VZV)
