The Telesales/Telemarketing Specialist is responsible for retaining unassigned customers, driving new sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and relationship management. The role involves reaching out to unassigned clients, converting leads from campaigns, offering tailored product solutions, and preventing policy lapses. Success in this role requires strong sales techniques, product knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while meeting individual and company targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any course
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales (Telesales/Telemarketing)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Computer savvy and comfortable using digital tools
• Experience in insurance or banking is highly preferred
• Can start ASAP
