Working hours – Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Salary range – Basic $1800 - $ 2,000 ( can nego for candidate with telesales experience)

• Conduct outbound telesales calls to promote Fund Transfer and Term Loan products.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate loan solutions.
• Achieve individual sales targets and productivity KPIs.
• Follow up on leads, applications, and documentation to ensure timely conversion.
• Accurately explain product features, pricing, benefits, and terms & conditions.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and MAS regulations.
• Provide professional and courteous customer experience at all times.
