Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls : Contact potential or existing customers.
• Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to explain their features and benefits to customers.
• Customer Engagement : Build rapport with customers, ask questions to understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
