Responsibilities
- Support business / revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand services within existing and new customer accounts
- Plan and manage a structured pipeline to drive new business while strengthening ongoing client engagement
- Engage prospects effectively and guide them through the conversion process with a solution-focused approach
- Continuously build industry and product knowledge to better address client needs and add value
