Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or offerings.
- Maintain consistent follow‑ups to close sales and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Record customer interactions, sales updates, and follow‑up details in the CRM system accurately.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide clear, persuasive responses.
- Maintain updated knowledge of product features, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance sales performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain brand reputation with every interaction.
- Adhere to call quality standards, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
- Meet or exceed assigned KPIs, including call volume, conversions, and revenue targets.
