Telesales Insurance Agent (Outbound – Telesales)

To sell the company's products over the phone.

Key Performance Indicators

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Exceeding a minimum phone time daily and monthly;
• Exceeding a minimum call quality on each call made;
• Exceeding the minimum required sales target monthly base sales;
• Ensuring that all policies are captured on a daily basis by close of business;
• Following the required scripts from A – Z as it has been scripted.

Required to work the specified night shift (5pm - 7pm) and Saturday shifts (9am - 1pm twice a month) during the sales month.

Qualification and Skill Requirements

• Matric;
• 1-2 years call centre experience in a telesales environment would be advantageous;
