What You’ll Be Doing

As a Telephony Platform Engineer, you’ll be part of a collaborative Telephony team that collectively owns the Genesys Cloud platform end to end. This is a hands on role that balances operational support with platform engineering, architecture, and continuous improvement.

You’ll work closely with call centre leaders, agents, and technology teams to ensure the platform is reliable today and evolving sustainably for tomorrow.
