Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage warm leads to introduce services and move them toward conversion
• Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads through the sales process
• Assist in data mining and sourcing contact information (phone numbers, leads).
• Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads and schedule appointments or close deals.
• Clearly explain services and handle basic objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, notes, and outcomes in CRM or tracking systems.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales or operations team for smooth client handoff.
