Scheduling appointments for financial consultants or agents. Promoting insurance products, cross-selling/upselling, and managing policy renewals. Answering inquiries, explaining policy benefits, and maintaining high customer experience standards. Recording customer interactions accurately in CRM systems. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in telemarketing / tele-sales experience.
