What would be your main tasks?

• Providing excellent and timely national customer support via technical consulting and assistance for customers (sales representatives, FSP, installers) involving pre-sales assistance, PV system-sizing and monitoring
• Assisting with support cases via phone and / or email as well as on-site when necessary
• Training customers (conducting seminars) in house or on-site
• Creating technical and training material
• Assisting in national Sales Exhibitions or Trade Fairs
• Interface function with Technical Support International

What are we looking for?

• Diploma in electronics
• Professional education
• Training / knowledge in renewable energies would be a plus
• Professional experience
