As a Technology Solutions Engineer Co-op, you will report to the Technology Support Supervisor, assisting with the operation of Caterpillar® Mining and Construction software and hardware. This position requires collaboration with internal teams and customers to troubleshoot issues and support project improvements across both office and field environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for Caterpillar® and Finning products
• Report on product failures and serviceability concerns
• Assist in continuous improvement project work
• Create and manage technical documentation
• Maintain Caterpillar® technology inventory and tools
