Summary

The Technology Operations Coordinator is the operational backbone of the technology organization, responsible for driving health, transparency, and execution discipline. This non-technical role ensures that cross-functional workflows move smoothly from intake through delivery by owning the systems and processes that enable predictable output. Partnering closely with the CTO and Product Managers, the Coordinator provides critical visibility into project health and risks while managing the day-to-day operational performance of the development team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following. Additional duties may be assigned.

+ Workflow & Reporting: Own the administration of operational tooling (Jira), build performance dashboards, and develop standardized policies to optimize efficiency and reduce overhead.
