Job Description

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments

  • 3+ years of experience in Technology Operations, Infrastructure Support, or Monitoring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Strong expertise in L1production support for enterprise applications
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools and alert optimization
  • Understanding of Incident and Change Management (ITIL)
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix and windows systems
  • Experience in handling critical incidents and improving monitoring
