IT Business Management Analyst (Co‑op)

What can you expect in this role?

The IT Business Management Analyst reports to the Director, Technology Resource Management within the Technology Solutions Resource Management team. The team supports TS department resourcing activities, including employee onboarding, off‑boarding, and ongoing support, serving as a shared service to reduce the resource management workload of people managers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Produce weekly and monthly reporting and analysis on topics such as cloud consumption and utilization, labor time reporting, resource chargebacks to project and operations, capitalization of labor, and employee training.
• Complete all tasks associated with internal onboarding/off‑boarding/changes for internal and external employees.
