Job Description

Position Overview

This role will be working in partnership with other technical resources as well business partner in NA & ASIA. He/she will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing Vendor Onboarding process and its integration to ECC & various systems along with day to day support activities. As a Ralph Lauren application support Analyst, you will be a part of a growing community that is Global in scope and operates across all of Ralph Lauren’s regions & application disciplines.

  • Translates business requirements into detailed functional specifications, test scripts, and other system documentation while adhering to company standards
  • Works as a Subject Matter Expert with the user community, development team and other team members on IT projects.
  • Researches, analyzes, designs, identifies, and facilitates process improvements that focus on providing standard application functionality to meet business requirements wherever possible.
