We are looking for Technology, Automation & AI Specialist Responsibilities Support process analysis and documentation across insurance operations Assist in building and maintaining automation workflows (Power Automate, UiPath, or similar tools) Collaborate on AI solutions such as document classification, data extraction, and chatbots Help test, monitor, and document automation solutions Work with internal users to identify process improvement opportunities Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates Requirements Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
