Labcorp is seeking a Technologist to join our team in Dallas, TX
The Medical Technologist in the Hematology department is responsible for performing highβcomplexity hematology testing with an emphasis on slide review, result correlation, and collaborative case evaluation. This role supports accurate patient results by confirming analyzer findings through microscopic review, partnering with pathologists for advanced review, and contributing to optimal turnaround time (TAT) for the CBC bench during nightly operations.
**Work Schedule:** 3rd shift

+ Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria
+ Review peripheral blood smears generated by analyzer reflex rules to confirm or investigate automated hematology results.
