What You’ll Do

The Onsite Maintenance Technician works in partnership with the Customer, management team, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on‑premises support for AVI‑SPL customers at their sites, delivering a world‑class Customer Service experience.

Day‑To‑Day Responsibilities

• Set up and break down conference spaces to meet customers’ event needs.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring all technology functions as designed and testing/repairing hardware components.
• Clean AV equipment, including camera lenses, monitors, and equipment fans.
• Document site work and provide client training on AV technology as needed.
• Support meetings, install non‑complex AV components, and provide video/audio recording support where applicable.
