Offer Description

The position is integrated into a research project funded by the Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area (PRIMA): TRANSFORMED Transforming the Mediterranean region through agroforestry: large scale restoration of degraded lands by overcoming the socioeconomic and sociocultural barriers for agroforestry adoption. TRANSFORMED aims to restore degraded arid land through agroforestry.

The technician will be mainly involved in WP4 (and partially in WP1), assessing the agronomic practices performed in different agroforestry systems in the countries where TRANSFORMED is working: Tunisia, Morocco and Turkey. The technician will check the agronomic data collected by local partners and support the creation of databases. It is also expected to contribute to the processing of the data. Support in project reporting is also expected.

Gross salary per year: €30,051.08
