Responsibilities

• Be familiar with each product supplied by TTDA including the specification as well as drawings.
• Ensure that products meet customers’ requirements.
• Assist in product tests and inspections.
• Follow the Finish product inspection & testing control procedure.
• Ensure all records for NCR, FAT and drawings are properly kept in the QA filing system.
• Coordinate and follow up FAT with customers for any product being in charge.
• Coordinate with site team to solve customer complaints.
• Ensure smooth final product clearance during delivery.
• Observe and follow Quality Policies and Safety rules & regulations.
• Carry out assigned tasks and duties in accordance with instructions, and to comply with Quality, environment and safety rule/procedures, regulations and codes of practice.
