Reporting to the Supervisor, Plant Work, the Technician, Plant Work is responsible for carrying out daily activities related to all elements of the plant work cycle including transplanting, harvesting, and trimming flowers at the Aurora Pemberton facility.
Major Responsibilities/Duties:
• Planting, pruning, trellising, defoliation and harvesting of all production lots within grow rooms.
• Sanitation of grow and trim rooms between production lots.
• Regularly inspect plants for signs of pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies and report findings to the Supervisor, Plant Work. Implement corrective actions as needed.
