Job Summary

Performs a variety of routine maintenance duties for the Engineering Department.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provides friendly, fast, and helpful guest service to all guests and team members.
  • Repairs equipment as necessary and replace broken equipment as needed through the property.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times.
  • Possesses basic knowledge of electricity and electrical components; assists in basic trouble-shooting and repair of all electrical equipment.
  • Possesses basic knowledge of plumbing and plumbing fixtures and repairs; assists in basic trouble shooting and repair of all plumbing fixtures.
  • Possesses basic knowledge of carpentry and woodworking; assists in repair and fabrication of woodworking related issues including, but not limited to furniture repair.
