Job Description:
Provides support for the Project Delivery team and operational initiatives. Completes process maps and maintains updates to CSL procedures with an emphasis on change control. Troubleshoots and resolves issues makes decisions to ensure on-time completion while remaining compliant to CSL Plasma procedures and regulatory standards. Assists project leaders in defining planning and executing CSL Plasma Project Delivery Department projects.
Responsibilities:
1 Develop and foster a philosophy of innovation continuous improvement and support company values.

2 Collect and analyze data to maintain and improve department quality efficiency and profitability

3 Create process flows as part of the CSL Process.

4 Design and update the hierarchy on L2 L3 L4 and L5 process flow diagrams.

5 Utilize and maintain the CSL Plasma processes to develop new center process documents.
