About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Technical & Safety Training Advisor, reporting to the Learning & Development Manager. This vital role will support the delivery of technical and health & safety training across the business, helping to ensure our people are confident, competent, and safe in their roles.
As the subject matter expert for technical and operational training, you will provide proactive guidance and support to both the L&D team and wider business. You’ll play a key part in shaping our training standards, ensuring they align with industry best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning and safety.
