We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Technical Training Instructor to become a vital member of our dynamic BaseOPS technical training team. This role demands an individual with expertise in ICE / Electric Vehicles (EVs) and their intricate electrical systems. The ideal candidate will be adept at delivering top-tier technical training to a diverse audience, including skilled technicians, maintenance personnel, and other internal stakeholders across various teams and locations. The Technical Trainer will be actively engaged in the design, development, and execution of technical and non-technical training for the Base Operations team. This will include but is not limited to new hire orientation, high voltage interaction and safety, CAN diagnosis, component level repairs, special tooling, and general autonomous and electric vehicle knowledge.
