  • Manages the over-all technical training of the company
  • Conducts/creates Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Handles technical training administration and implementation
  • Updates the training data base
  • Encodes/emails Training Evaluations/Assessments
  • Evaluates training feedback and revises technical programs as needed
  • Handles the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accreditation of applicable trainings
  • Other important tasks needed to meet business priorities

    • Requirement

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering
  • Professional license is preferred but not required
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Has experience in Training or Academe
  • Special Training: COSH or BOSH Training
  • With Project Management Skills (PMBOK)
