The Technical Trainer and Quality Assurance Inspector -Trailers is responsible to deliver mechanic competency-based hands-on OJT and classroom training for all trailer maintenance employees in a manner that prepares them for a variety of occupational opportunities in our shops that is reinforced by conducting quality assurance inspection audits. 

 

1. 2-year degree in medium/heavy truck diesel program and/or equivalent welding program and 5 + years of experience as a trailer mechanic with training experience preferred.  

2. Must have proven experience in welding and fabricating.  

3. Must have experience with hydraulics and small engines.  

4. Excellent working knowledge of DOT and government safety standards.
