Key Responsibilities Provide after-sales service support for control systems including DCS/SIS, SCADA (FAST/TOOLS, STARDOM) and ExaQuantum to both internal and external customers. Receive and manage customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints related to installed systems and products. Deliver technical support and troubleshooting using specialized knowledge of control systems and related applications. Maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, particularly for technical and service-related matters. Coordinate with local country offices and Yokogawa Headquarters (Global Response Centre) to resolve technical issues and service cases. Support global dispatch activities for troubleshooting, commissioning, and on-site technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
