Deliverables

• Assists the PMO team in creating and maintaining project dashboards, monitoring project plans, timelines and costs, and makes timely callouts.
• Coordinates project management activities with internal resources and third-party vendors related to domain specific tasks.
• Assists in the creation and maintenance of domain level and rolled up project documentation and reports
• Provides logistics and administrative support as needed
• Assists the Project Delivery team in strategizing integrated assessment of build programs
• Transforms project data to a usable report for the project delivery team
• Attends project-related meeting ceremonies and critical site activities.
• Vendor Management and Vendor Resource Tracking
• Provide timely updates and project reports as needed.
