We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented JIRA Administrator (Tier 1 Support) to support and maintain our cloud-based project management and service management platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing JIRA and ServiceNow environments while providing first-level support to end users. This role requires close collaboration with project managers, developers, business stakeholders, and support teams to ensure the platforms effectively support business operations and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for JIRA and ServiceNow users, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
• Configure and maintain JIRA projects, workflows, issue types, screens, permission schemes, notification schemes, and custom fields.
• Administer and support ServiceNow modules, forms, workflows, and user access management.
