Your Role:
As a Technical Support Specialist you will join our support operations team, focusing on clients in the German lottery and sports betting industry. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support across complex and regulated environments, ensuring high-quality service aligned with strict German SLAs and compliance requirements.
What you’ll do:
Act as the first local point of contact for customer technical issues, performing on-site troubleshooting and escalating complex cases when needed
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers in German and English, providing timely updates and resolution analysis
Coordinate with HQ teams to address advanced technical inquiries, report unresolved issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction
