Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for the field clinical team to address technical issues.
• Provide expert technical support to field teams on the Globe® PF System with a sense of urgency and positive action.
• Maintain SME‑level technical knowledge on all aspects of the Globe® PF System, primarily focusing on electrical systems and software.
• Assist in the design and refinement of support structures in line with global support strategy.
• Facilitate the commercial launch of new products and practices by engaging with designers early and becoming the primary knowledge transfer expert to field teams.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date troubleshooting knowledge base, ensuring accuracy.
