Job Description

Support the environment management team by maintaining effective and efficient information systems and provide administration support to enable the team to meet their business targets. You’ll receive full training and support, including flexible working arrangements to ensure this commitment is manageable for you. This may attract an additional payment.

• Consider and process simple permit determinations, in line with current guidance and procedures, to protect the environment from potential damage.
• Support and process procurement requests for the team to ensure that appropriate equipment and supplies are available to enable them to perform their roles.
• Act as a point of contact for the team, receiving and responding to enquiries, ensuring that all incidents and requests are responded to in an appropriate and timely manner in line with Environment Agency policies and procedures.
