Your Responsibilities
  • Lead beverage product development projects for major international customers, driving the entire innovation workflow from concept creation to factory production and final market launch.
  • Independently manage assigned projects; conduct customer visits to deeply understand needs and translate them into feasible product concepts and technical solutions.
  • Develop and optimize formulations for non‑alcoholic and alcoholic beverage applications, ensuring high sensory performance and technical feasibility.
  • Provide on‑site technical support during pilot plant trials and factory scale‑ups, ensuring smooth and efficient commercialization.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain formulas and relevant product documentation according to GLP and ISO requirements.
