We sell full screen replacements and custom-designed modules that take over factory vehicle screens to give cars access to CarPlay, Android Auto, external apps and more. Our Customer Support Engineering team is one of the most important aspects of our business: talking to customers to help them install our products and understand how we can improve. We are constantly looking for feedback about new product features and new product development strategies.

This is a fully remote position for someone who is humble, very technically capable, and willing to work hard. This is a customer-facing role. Your working hours would be spent approximately 50% on phone calls with Hamilton Motor Company customers and 50% working on email ticket...
