Job Description
Technical Support Engineer
Job type: On-site, Full-time
Responsibilities
- Supporting our company’s infrastructure ensuring top service for our customers
- Identify, diagnose, report, and assist the R&D team in resolving defects and verifying bug fixes
- Conduct system testing (functional, system integration, and user acceptance tests)
- Communicate with Customer teams, project managers, and internal stakeholders
- Deliver system training and knowledge transfer to clients
- Manage system operation and maintenance post-launch
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT)/Computer Software Engineer/Computer Science/ related field
- Deep understanding in Python
- Knowledgeable in MySQL/Oracle
- Experienced in implementing on Linux platforms
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong management skills and a collaborative team player
