About the role: As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer (TSE) to join our Professional Services team and support our MES‑M product line.
In this customer‑facing, technically hands-on role, you’ll help deliver value for our customers and play a direct role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
