As a Technical Support Coordinator, you will play a key role within the Operational team of the Managed Radio Services contract to our customer, the Metropolitan Police. Supporting/delivering our mission critical logistics/Technical operational services you will be responsible for Accepting delivery of equipment at our Kennington Park facility in London, Issuing Equipment to Customers and engineers over the counter, delivering equipment to customers sites (this will involve driving a pool vehicle and Asset tracking/managing the stock in our secure stores. There will also be opportunity to participate in the testing of equipment at a simple functional level (Training will be supplied for this aspect of the role).
