About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with strong existing pensions knowledge who enjoys tackling complex technical queries and supporting Partners with expert guidance. You'll thrive here if you can confidently interpret scheme rules, legislation, and processes, and translate them into clear, practical explanations for both colleagues and Partners.

Because this is a fast paced, high-volume helpdesk environment, the role will suit someone who remains calm under pressure, can juggle multiple priorities, and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality responses.
