Job Description
- Oversee the execution of all technical operations on our vessels, ensuring adherence to the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and compliance with maritime regulations in operational regions.
- Manage the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) to guarantee timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks and ensure they are relevant and realistic.
- Conduct verification and validation of PMS tasks promptly to uphold operational efficiency.
- Track defects and job cards raised by vessels, ensuring timely resolution to maintain operational continuity and minimize downtime.
- Monitor and control vessel operating costs to remain within the approved budget.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and vessel information.
- Plan and execute dry dock and special survey schedules within budgetary constraints while complying with IMS standards.
