Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates communication between Production, Operations and Creative during the development and implementation of all assigned projects
- Responsible for installation and maintenance of Show Control systems.
- Maintains project liaison status to communicate scheduling of timelines, guest impact, site visits, and additional department project involvement
- Supports or leads and technical teams and vendors in the upgrade of existing shows and attractions
- Assists in new installations and renovations of entertainment related scenic or technological elements in exhibitions, shows and attractions
- Develops install, implementation, and strike schedules for combined in-house and contracted services with deadline accountability
- Maintains a flow of purchasing by monitoring issuances of purchase orders, collection of vendor clearance paperwork and proper invoicing
