Technical Services Manager (DET00497)

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, Technical Services, you will lead the Mine Planning, Geology, and Geotechnical departments. You serve as the vital link between long‑term strategy and execution, ensuring that tactical plans are safe, geologically accurate, and seamlessly aligned with the Life of Mine (LOM) vision. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.

Strategic Integration & Collaboration

Act as the primary technical partner to the Strategic LOM and Resource Modeling teams. You will ensure that tactical pit designs and sequences honor the long‑term value drivers while providing “boots‑on‑the‑ground” feedback to refine future resource models and LOM assumptions.
