Job Description
DIVISION FUNCTION/OBJECTIVE:
To provide service of diagnostic and hospital device to hospital institutes or reference laboratories in Taiwan with compliance to DOH, Environmental, Regulatory, Financial, Code of Business Conduct, and international law requirements.
POSITION PRIMARY FUNCTION:
To ensure customers satisfaction in assigned territory by providing quality and effectiveness service activities.
To provides field technical service to customers in compliance with service contract requirements.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide backup first line service to Abbott Ambassadors (Service interventions requiring less than 4 hours labor time)
Schedule and perform planned maintenance activities
Assist with instrument installations
