Job Description
This role is responsible for performing internal product tests, quantifying product value, and advising business leaders and customers on applications and equipment. It supports commercial teams through training, troubleshooting, and technical demonstrations, contributing to innovation and customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform internal product tests and report results to customers and commercial teams
Execute Technical Service Requests (TSRs) and deliver data-driven conclusions
Support key accounts through training, application startup, and troubleshooting
Design and implement advanced experimental methodologies
Mentor junior and mid-level technicians
Assist sales and QC teams with customer complaint investigations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on research initiatives
