• Practical Repair Experience: Hands-on background in a repair or overhaul environment to understand workshop practicalities.


• Software Proficiency: Advanced navigation in CATIA (V5/V6) or similar high-end PLM software; Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar (specifically routing/tasklist modules).


• Precision Mindset: An obsession with data accuracy—specifically regarding Torque Values and Joint IDs.
